Design Thinking

PER QUÈ EL FORMAT DE LAB?

EXPERIMENTEM (NO PLANIFIQUEM) PER TROBAR SOLUCIONS QUE FUNCIONEN PER TU!

NO TENIM DADES SOBRE EL FUTUR, TAN SOLS PODEM FER, PROVAR, PROTOTIPAR, I AVANÇAR

EL DISSENY CENTRAT EN LA PERSONA ÉS FONAMENTAL PER TROBAR ALLÒ QUE VOLS FER I SER

NECESSITEM ‘INNOVAR-NOS’ EN EQUIPS VARIATS, EN CONVERSES I EXPERIENCIES QUE ENS FAN CRÈIXER

UN ENTORN FAVORABLE A L’EXPERIMENTACIÓ

Designing your life

"Can we apply design thinking, a human-centered problem solving and innovation technique, to the "wicked problem" of designing your job, your career, and maybe even you life?

(DESIGNING YOUR LIFE)

Reframes

A sota trobaràs alguns exemples extrets del llibre Designing your life, de Bill Burnett i Dave Evans.

  • Your degree determines your career
  • Three-quarters of all college grads don’t end up working in a career related to their majors

  • If you are successful you will be happy
  • True happiness comes from designing a life that works for you

  • I am already late!
  • It’s never too late to design a life you love
  • Work is not supposed to be enjoyable; that´s why they call it work
  • Enjoyment is a guide to finding the right work for you

  • You should know what your passion or vocation is in life
  • Passion is what you end up discovering by trying things. Most people have a few things they are excited about

  • Happiness is having it all
  • Happiness is letting go of what you don’t need
